The tech hasn't even left and I'm here leaving a review of 5 stars. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and here before the scheduled time slot. Got everything serviced, heat pump and furnace and went through the thermostat settings. The price was literally what they estimated with the basic taxes. Going to send anyone I hear that has service needs to Valley Furnace!!!
I had an amazing experience with Valley Furnace. During the recent cold snap we had our furnace start to break down. Valley worked to get a tech out to us during a time when they were in high demand. Our tech was truly incredible. He showed us what the issue was, quickly fixed the problem and charged us his very reasonable fee without any attempt to upswell us. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone.
